Hi! My name is Murray Blair and I’m an Australian PGA member and have been for 27 years! time flies.
I spent 8 years in Malaysia as a teaching Professional and was fortunate to coach the Malaysian national team therefore I have a close affiliation with Malaysian golf. I’ve been fortunate enough to return almost every year for a winter getaway.
I’ve always wanted to take a group of people to show them how good golf is in Malaysia and to experience Malaysian hospitality. Well, I have finally got organised and it is now happening in August 2023. I hope you can join us.

The 2023 Malaysia Golf Week is a fully hosted 7-day golfing adventure in the historic and picturesque Kuala Lumpur. We will be playing at the “premium” and I mean premium Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country club (formally TPC KL) KLGCC as it is affectionately known. KLGCC is an experience from start to finish, that I know you won’t forget, especially if you haven’t played golf in Asia before. It is amazing! from the fully automated driving range to the best pro shop I have ever seen, and then out onto a world-class golf course.
KLGCC is renowned all over the world for its hosting of the PGA TOUR, European Tour and LPGA all within a year for three consecutive years between 2013 and 2015. In 2016, the Club made history once again by successfully and consecutively hosting the CIMB Classic PGA TOUR and Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia, both being achievements never done in the entire history of golf.
KLGCC’s East Course tops the list of the coveted Golf Digest International 2020 Best Golf Courses in Malaysia, while the West Course was declared Malaysia’s Best Golf Course by World Golf Awards 2019 and is ranked 20th in the Top 100 Golf Courses in Asia. The Club is also ranked 82nd place in the Top 100 Platinum Golf and Country Clubs of the World 2020 - 2021.

After we have played both the East and West courses at KLGCC we will be off to the Beautiful Glenmarie Golf and Country Club.
Glenmarie is another premium facility, found just 13 kilometres away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Glenmarie Golf & Country Club is an award-winning golf course that’s perfect for amateurs and pros alike! Glenmarie hosted the Eurasia Cup in 2014,2016 and 2018.
During the golfing adventure, Murray will provide pre-games tips as well as on-course strategies and advice during your rounds.
